City lights

The way artificial light casts itself over city streets is something I've always enjoyed. The contrasts of cool blue and white lights competing with warm oranges and yellows, the exaggerated shadows and glows of reflections on objects that otherwise wouldn't reflect, all things that transform a normally dirty gritty environment in very magical ways. Add a few pints of beer and a couple friends and you can often times feel as if your on the set of a movie, your very own drama. Thought this snap captured a lot of these feelings I have about being out in the city at night, but I won't share too many of them as my girlfriend says it sounds sappy. I hate writing.
